Join over 140 artists and artisans in Amherstburg at the Art by the River . Essex County's oldest arts and crafts show. Browse their wares from 10-5 on the beautiful grounds of Fort Malden National Historic Site. Enjoy musical entertainment, paint a picture at the'' little artist workshop'' in the children's area or take a guided historic tour. Admissions are $4.50, children 12 and under are free (when accompanied by an adult). No pets please. Art by the River-an olde town, end of summer tradition since 1967 ~519-736-2826
